Fun Fact about me: I am constantly changing my hair color. My favorite vibrant hair color is GREEN. (Probably because that is my favorite color.) Hair colors I have had in the past are Red, Pink, Purple, Blue, Highlights, and my natural brown.

I’m Vanessa Underwood, a motherhood and portrait photographer serving Amarillo, Texas, and the surrounding panhandle area. I’m a tea-drinking, daughter-raising, Amarillo-born photographer who’s messy but put together, just like life. My work is rooted in emotion and authenticity. I don’t believe in stiff poses or forced smiles. I believe in the quiet beauty of motherhood, the joy in the chaos, and the power of a woman who chooses to celebrate herself.

With over nine years of experience, I bring a laid-back, artistic approach to every session.
