One of my favorite milestones to witness is the "one-year nursing" mark. It is a massive achievement that represents 365 days of dedication, late nights, and an incredible bond between mother and child. It’s a huge milestone that often goes undocumented, yet it’s one of the most intentional seasons of motherhood.
Other times, the celebration is simply about the "now." Maybe your oldest is about to start school, or you’ve finally reached a place where your family feels "complete." These transitions are the perfect time to step away from the chaos of the mental load and step into a tailored session that honors where you are today.
